Yes. Research has proven that if the customer’s teeth are a in normal, healthy condition, there are no adverse side effects associated with any BleachBright products. BleachBright gels do not damage enamel and only bleach the color of the dentin giving white teeth. However, individuals with tooth decay or other damage should avoid any teeth whitening treatments until they seek professional dental assistance and advice first.
BleachBright dealers are not dentists and cannot diagnose oral or dental disorders. As a precaution, women who are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant should not use the BleachBright products without first consulting their doctor.
Almost anyone can enjoy the benefits of BleachBright! If you are an adult with otherwise healthy teeth and gums, and you want a brighter, whiter smile, you can benefit from using the BleachBright products! It is suggested that individuals under the age of 14 should not use BleachBright without adult supervision.
No adverse side effects are associated with the BleachBright products. Some people do experience blanching of the gum line, a mild tingling sensation, or sensitivity, all of which typically last no more than 24 hours and can be alleviated by applying vitamin E oil to the teeth and/or gums. The BleachBright products are enamel safe.
We recommend avoiding coffee, tea, red wine, berries, red sauces, and other teeth staining foods and beverages for the first 24 hours after your session. If you use the bluminerals sealer for another 10 minutes under the high powered LED light after your whitening, you can eat and drink whatever you prefer. The bluminerals seal the pores of the teeth protecting your investment. It also is vitamins for the teeth and remineralizes your smile. This is a must have!

We begin by taking your initial tooth shade and reviewing your medical/dental history to be sure you’re a good candidate.
2. Preparation
Your lips and gums are protected.
The Bleach Bright gel is carefully applied to the teeth.
3. LED Light Activation
You’ll relax comfortably while our cool blue LED light activates the gel to lift stains.
Sessions typically last 15–20 minutes, and may be repeated up to 2–3 cycles in one visit based on your goals and sensitivity.

Bleach Bright may not be ideal if you:

- Have crowns, veneers, or bonding on your front teeth (these won’t change shade like natural enamel)

Before Your Visit
- Brush and floss normally
- Avoid heavy staining foods/drinks the day of treatment, if possible
After Your Treatment (First 24–48 Hours)
- To protect your results, we recommend:
- Avoiding coffee, tea, red wine, dark sodas, berries, and tomato sauces
- Avoiding smoking or vaping
- Using a soft-bristle toothbrush and non-whitening toothpaste if you feel any mild sensitivity
